As a Maintenance Technician Level 1, you will play a key role in our manufacturing preventative maintenance process, working closely with all team members to ensure that machines and equipment is running smoothly.

In this role, your core responsibilities would be in the following areas (in no particular order): 

  • Preventative Maintenance - Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all manufacturing equipment. 

  • Including but not limited to 

  • CNC Lathes, CNC Machining Centers/Mills, Press Brakes, Laser Cutters, Band Saws, Shot Blasters, Iron Workers, Compressors, Catalytic Ovens, Forklifts, and Conveyor Belts 

  • Inspect and replace coolant, lubricants, and filters per maintenance schedule. 

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs. 

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance protocols. 

  • Assist in developing and refining preventative maintenance schedules and procedures. 

  • Perform general facility maintenance as required as it relates to 

  • HVAC, Ventilation, & Plumbing Systems 

  • Minor Electrical 

  • Maintenance Room & Supplies 

  • Coordinate with supply chain team to maintain proper stock levels of needed maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts 

  • Help to improve and maintain the maintenance room in good working condition 

  • Troubleshooting 

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues. 

  • Perform minor repairs and coordinate major repairs with external service providers. 

  • Work with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment efficiency. 

Experience/Skills

  • Previous Manufacturing or back of house restaurant experience a plus
  • Mechanically inclined a plus
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English a plus

Work Week

  • Monday - Friday 7am - 415pm
  • (2) 15 minute paid break
  • (1) 30 minute lunch break
  • Average weekly OT 3-4+ hours
